Emotions

Interaction, Feelings, Perceptions and Perspectives are endless. The only constant in the human condition seems to be Emotions. The compound we act opon.

I choose the six core emotions because they are universal and shared across cultures. They are hardwired and serve survival functions. The only freedom I took is to change "happiness" to "love". Some argue that one more emotion should be considered, "contempt", but I simply argue that in a balanced, free flowing, system we find contemptment and is far closer to "happiness" than "love".

To my amazment the emotions fit perfectly inside the interaction system of the human body as pathways between areas. Below I will explain what they are and how they correlate in the system.

We all know these emotions but our interpretation may vary, our perspective of them. This is why I wont use definitions this time but try to explain them.

  Surprice

Suprice come from an interaction, a movement and friction with our enviroment. A reaction that generates a current of energy in our bodies nervous system. A spark between the known and unknown.

Because of interactions nature of being two parts and dualistic, surprice is the only one connected to a point and not a passage in the system.

A surpice can both be negative and positive as we all know, Lovely and Fearful.

  Fear

A feeling is a unlabeled pressure from our enviroment. We fear the unknown and view it as a blockage because we lack the knowledge to act opon it.

Even in known terms there can be unknown elements that makes us fearful. In "I might get hurt" it is the "might" that makes us not do it not the "hurt". If we change it to "I likely wont get hurt", we might just do it.

  Disgust

When feelings are collected in our perception they are meet with disgust of the pressure. The system goes from stabel to unstable and want to become stabel again.

If we look into our basic needs, as a simple animal, we look for food. If there is food we stay, if there is non, we continue to move. Disgust as an emotions is dislike and staying away from it. Our system is survival based and continue to look for problems we fear and move away from them in disgust by leaving.

  Anger

Anger is a cataclyst of change because by leaving we engage in changing our enviroment. The current change from input to output of energy in our nervous system. From collecting data from feelings and perception. To find direction in perspective and emotions into actions.

We know a cornered animal fearful and disgusted by the situation can fight fiercy to leave the situation. Releasing an intense energy to change its enviroment. Destorying the old to create something new.

  Sadness

After Anger forces change and a directive perspective has been generated it is time to let go of what once was. Sadness is about accepting the change to initiate the emotion to leave what once was.

After a burst of anger it is common to start crying. If something in our life change. A job, friendship, lover or even things and events we feel sadness. Sadness is a cleansing emotion where we let go of what has been.

  Love

When change as been accepted and given a outward flow of emotion into action.

A clear intention to interact with something in our enviroment without being able to fully know what consequences it will bring.

This is Love, a leap of faith, our attention and sacrifice of energy.
