In my teenage years, I dedicated my life to the pursuit of everlasting happiness.
This endeavor defined my way of life, throwing myself into the chaotic darkness in order to find the light. The goal was to search for this seemingly impossible thing to help others not have the same experience I had back then.
Writing this will be the beginning of the end of this endeavor. I wish to write to myself back then and give him guidance. Giving my current self some peace of mind by bringing together what I learned. Helping that young man have a more direct path to find peace and happiness in life.

Note: I like the outline of the chapters, It is possible I will need more sub-chapters.
I am writing this to my younger self. I wish to give him guidance and direction. This writing is far more of a compass than a map. There are many trails to happiness but one destination.
In my teens I experienced something profound that set the direction of my entire life. This is what happened to me at that moment and what created this book.
The first thing you should practice is paradoxical thinking. Understanding how we navigate by thinking is the beginning to end the war within and start realizing deeper truths. All fundamental truths are paradoxes.
By using Paradoxal thinking we can realize our relationship with the universe. The more intimate we become, the better we can interact with our environment.
The foundation of happiness is peace. It can only be cultivated internally which mean it is nothing to be found but rather revived by letting go. By realizing your relationship with the universe we gain the freedom to be reborn.
Pain and suffering is inevitable. With peace we gain the courage to take action regardless. In purpose we find action and reside in your uniqueness. To simply be is to take action with purpose.
With dynamic thinking, a peaceful flow of emotion and action driven by purpose, happiness is inevitable. Happiness is not about joy and pleasure, it contains pain and suffering as well. Happiness is about a playful engagement with energy, flow and ecstasy.
